This is a partial extract brew. Very hoppy and quite strong.

500g light dry malt extract
3kg Lme
200g crystal malt
60g Amarillo hops
60g mosaic hops
Mangrove jacks British ale MO7 yeast

Steep 200g crystal malt in 9L.
Bring to boil take of heat and add 3kg lme.
Bring back to boil and 500g of light dry malt extract,
Boil for 60 mins,
Add 20g of Amarillo and 20g of mosaic hops at 15min from end,
Add the same with 1 min from the end,

Top up to 18l.

Add mangrove jacks

Dry hop another 20g of Amarillo and 20g mosaic for 7 days after primary fermentation.

OG 1052
FG 1010

After conditioning in the bottle should give you a nice 6.1%.
