Does any one buy larger quantities of yeast for brewing beer if so can you let me know what, I tend to brew stronger beers (usually kits with enhancements), and think they would benefit from extra yeast.
Basically I want to buy a batch to add to the kit yeast but think the sachets at £1.50+ each seem an expensive way of achieving this.
