Hey so first ever time brewing.
had a wheat beer fermentimg 10 days in total and it was at fg of 1.020 for the past 3 days so decided to bottle it.
I have the plastic coopers bottles. Sterilised each bottle, filled them and put 1tsp of sugar in each bottle before closing.
Anythimg else I should know or is it just a game of wait n see?
