After scouring this forum for months (and to be fair, finding answers to lots of my newbie questions) I've finally decided to register :-D
Have currently brewed and drunk 3 batches of kit beer (Wherry, Dark Galleon and Midlands Bitter), the latest two (Sundew and a slightly experimental half Wherry half spraymalt/sugar with cascade hops) seem to be tasting funky after 2 and 1 month in secondary so I'm not sure they're quite right, not aware that I did a lot different mind, maybe I'm just being paranoid and need to wait longer? :wha:
