Just about to start this juice wine, should be around 13% ABV. :thumb:

3 litres apple juice

2 litres apple/raspberry

3 litres white grape juice

2 litres red grape juice

Tannin - approximately 1 litre of black tea (10 bags stirred regularly while mixing the sugar and juice)

4Kg sugar (making total sugar 5350g)

5 teaspoons nutrient

5 teaspoons pectolace

3 teaspoons youngs super wine yeast compound.

5 teaspoons glycerine.

10 days in and still bubbling every 5 seconds.

They usually take around 10 - 14 days to finish fermenting then you leave it another 7 days for the yeast to clean up after itself, i will post back when i have finished it.

If you use a total of 1100g of sugar in a demijohn (including what is in the cartons) you will end up with around 13% ABV.

As i have made the equivalent of 5 DJ's in my bucket i used 4Kg.

It cleared in a couple of days (i use KwiK Clear) as you can see below, i bottled it today and it tastes great. :thumb:
