Hi all - fairly new to this homebrew milarky but pretty much hooked and plan on having something brewing all the time now. I've gone from kits to extract to partial mash and now want to try an all grain brew. Currently got a "robust porter" on the go having just bottled an American Pale Ale.

I've got a few wines on as well about to get bottled - rhubarb and an elderflower.

One thing is I only really have limited space and want to try lots of beer styles so do very small batch brewing.....about a gallon a pop. If I like something I just scale it up later on.

Anyway looking for hints and tips and recipes from you experts.
