Which Hops to use for a Mango Beer

My 3 of choice would be one of either
Amarillo
southern cross
citra
I use Amarillo primarily for the smell though not the taste but in your case I would prefer cascade for flavour and amarillow for the bouquet, the mango smell will still come through though

From reading up, I never came across a recipes that included NBs so assumed I wouldn't use them
Am I right to assume roughly 500g per gallon?
I'd like to be able to taste the mango but for it not to take over the beer
