Hi all nuub here!
I'm Patrick from Norfolk 35 years of age father of two and seem to have a problem with making wine. That is I can't stop!
I've only been brewing for a year so I'm still in novice territory really but it's amazing how much you learn in a year.
I can't seem to pass a hedgerow without identifying fruits or flowers that I could possibly turn in to a tipple. Fruits and flowers that I barely knew existed before this condition took hold!
Anyway it's good to see I'm not the only one with this affliction and I wish I had joined this forum a year ago. It would have made the whole thing a lot less confusing!
I am currently considering getting in to BEER as well amongst other things so look forward t receiving advice from some pro's!
