Hi Fellow brewers.

I am bottling my Discover IPA kit from HBC today. brew day was a bit of a disaster, had to turn off boil half way through to go get kids... bla bla, but all seems well with the brew, if a little bitter from hops being in longer than expected. Dry hopped for extra flavour and aroma, which has worked. I like the hoppyness of IPA's.

Using my glass bottles this time, is there anything different I should be doing in the sterilising stage for this? Putting lids in alcohol just encase for safety. bottles have been sterilised and are now draining.

149.1G of Dextrose for priming.

thats the same as me I like a hopy bitter clean IPA myself.

I get a bit fixated about sterile bottles i wash mine with soap and boiing water then i rinse them round with steralising liquid that mums use on babies bottle then rinse again in cold water

I soak the caps in sterlaising solution then rinse with cold water and dry with kitchen paper
