little bottler issue

went to bottle my beer today and tryed the tap on the bucket fine when opened

attached the little bottler and nothing wants to come through the tap so not sure whats going on

bucket airlock was removed

When I bottle, using flexible pipe plus the botting stick I fill up tube and bottler with water first which starts the flow once you press the bottling stick down... not sure this helps??
