I've had 6 x 30 litre poly kegs knocking around for a while and I've never got round to getting a regulator and co2 to move on from king kegs. A mate has asked if I'll supply beer for his 50th .... He was around 300 pints!!
So I've gone and got a regulator and gas canister but have a few questions..
1. I haven't yet got tube and taps (Was thinking about 3/8ths line) yet so have pressurised two of my poly kegs (with big Kenny) to about 13psi. What's the best plan here? Do I just leave it at 13psi or keep topping up? I want to serve at 3psi in the end. I haven't rolled the keg around so will it just absorb slowly?
I'm also unsure re pipe length for tap? Bearing in mind that it's conditioning at 15c and there is no chilling facility at the party how can I work out the best no foam result!
