Well it was about time I got a stout on, so todayi decided to do one, and try two new hops to me. Bullion and CF112.
Brew day started at 7am and all cleaned up and finished for 12pm

Grain Bill:
3725g Golden Promise 73%
557g Flaked Barley 10%
510g Carapils Malt 10%
284g Roast Barley 6%
75g Black Malt 1%

Hops:
23g Bullion 10% 60min FW
23g Experimental CF112 7.0% 15min
23g Experimental CF112 7.0% 5min
23g Bullion 10% 5min
24g Experimental CF112 7.0% Steep 80c for 20min
Irish Moss 15min

Mash at 68°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min.
20g of PH5.2

Yeast:
Nottingham Yeast
Ferment at 22°C

Brew to 23 litres
IBU: 40
SG: 1049
FG: 1010

It's law to have a beer when brewing beer. The cap managed to fall off this bottle of The Earl, which has been bottled 10 days. It's a tasty brew already!
