First off apologies if this has already been asked but I am going to make blackberry wine and the recipe I am going to follow says to start the fermentation on the blackberry's in 4L of water in a 10L FV for the first week then strain into a DJ. But I don't have a 10L FV but I do have a 25L FV so will it be ok to use the bigger one?
 
If you are adding sugars at this stage, even 100g or so, the CO2 will drive off the air carrying bugs for sure, so OK.
