Hi all from county Antrim, just joined the forum after lurking here for a few months.
Started brewing scrumpy a few years back using apples from the garden, nothing added and left for one or two years, have now taken up the hobby in a more serious way, just about to rack my third 23l brew - coppers irish stout stout with 1.5 kg light spray malt extract.
Already learned quite a bit from the forum and look forward to learning more.
