I started a batch of TC with fresh fruit in it several weeks ago (elderberries) and then my life went a little crazy. I haven had time to think about it and it has just sat there with no attention. I finally have some time off this week and intend to syphon it off the fruit tomorrow. Do you think this could have imparted any off flavours or created any other problems? Thanks
Possibly left fruit in primary too long?
