Hi I'm new to brewing and have been making a batch of ginger beer for the first time over the past several weeks. A week ago I transferred to a second fermenting vessel, and naively added a campden tablet to kill bacteria thinking the yeast will be okay. Well the yeast is now non existent and I need to restart fermentation for priming bottles to work.
Can anyone advise/ suggest a method on how I can restart the ginger beer so that the yeast will prime the bottles for fiz?.....
