Yesterday i put on an elder port wich i made with 2lb elder, 1lb oranges peeled and chopped, 3lb sugar, 1tsp fortified wine yeast and 7pts water. It was strained into the DJ so its not sitting on the must but i noticed this morning that the juice i kept back for topping up has no flavour? i did notice the elders had plenty juice but no taste eaten raw. Im worried that my wine will be wishy washy! what should i do, the wines bubbling well for 24hrs
