Hi everyone,
I am in the process of building a BIAB brewing set up and I have just finished the kettle part. I had filled the kettle with water to do a test boil to see how long it would take for my 3kw heating element to get to boiling point which took a little while but that's not the issue...
This is the issue, rust!!!!
I bought the following heating element off eBay from a supplier in Hong Kong - bad idea?
http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/291208504716?cmd=VIDESC&gxo=true
My main concern is would I be able to buy a better quality heating element that would be the same size as I've drilled holes into my expensive pot to fit this one?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
