Bit late to be introducing myself, but I just saw this topic. I've been posted my probably stupid (to some peeps) questions for a few days now. :-P
This has been a great source of info already, although the ciders I've made (one from a kit and the next two from juice), don't cost loads to get going, I'd be gutted to lose a FV'worth by doing something daft ! Seems to have the answer for everything on here !
I've drunk all of my first cider kit but am looking forward to the next couple which have worked out to be 7.5% (all apple) and 10.5% (apple/cherry). They might be a bit rough until they've sat for a while !
Keep on brewing (do you 'brew' or 'make' cider ? hmm)
