hi i stated both a winebuddy chardonnay kit and a turbo cider on Friday and returned on the Monday to find the wine had exploded out of the airlock :cry: and the turbo cider has stopped bubbling, what should be done ?

Clean the airlock it will calm down eventually.
Buy a hydrometer it's the only way to know for sure it's finished.

My winbuddy kit said .996 or below, I stopped it a .994 and it was a little sweet, if you like dry wine let it go as low as it can, once it has not moved for a couple of days move on to the next step.
