St Austell Tribute

I found a clone recipe for Tribute and made 30 litres. It turned out perfect and is now maturing for a couple of weeks prior to bottling.

That sounds amazing! I went to padstow last year and sampled a pint of tribute in substitution of a 'proper job' that had run dry. Glorious pint from tap, had it from TASDA in a bottle and its not as creamy or more-ish as the pint was. Hope this turns out to be fantastic for you.

Proper Job and Tribute extract kits both available from BrewUK, not made Tribute but Proper Job is spot on if you give it 2 months to condition and lose the sweetness:

I heard about the kit, but I prefer to do it with grain. This recipe used a lot of hops though ! :drink:
