Hi,
I have been brewing my own now for nearly 3 years (all from kits!!) with varying degrees of success (i like to tinker with the wort adding more sugar/yeast, decreasing water, adding various "additives" such as fruit teabags/fruit, spirits...basically anything that MAY or may NOT be a success). Now however the time has come to take that giant step for beerkind and make a batch from scratch so the only place to get expert advice seemed to join the membership of the illustrious home brew forum. Cheers!:
