We have had this hose setup for a little and as we are upgrading our setup and wanted to tackle the plumbing and do away with hoses.

  • 1/2 copper pipe with stainless camlocks and easy to breakdown/cleanup with no tools.
  • Brewday will consist of opening and closing valves no messing with hoses!
  • After mashing the mash tun can be isolated and dumped with a tippy setup making cleanup faster and easier.
  • Bypass on pump return to control mash volume and pressure during recirculation
  • In an emergency situation the plumbing can be disconnected and jumper hoses used.
  • Sight Glass on the pump input to check color and flow of wort
