The first brew I cooked up was a Bulldog strawberry and lime which I thought came out alright at the time
the next brew I made was an all apple (asda smart price), with an added 1kg of brewing sugar
the first one came out ok from a couple of weeks after bottling, the second one is just coming good about 6 weeks after bottling (bit rough before then)
just for a wee test, I tried both tonight, expecting the bottle I saved from the Sept brew (the s&l kit) to taste better than the asda cider, but shocker. . no it's the asda juice cider that's plenty tastier !
