Wherry /sundew question

Folks, can I ask a basic question..... When the Wherry instructions say to put beer in a 'cool' place for 2 weeks after conditioning, what exactly does 'cool' mean in centigrade, broadly speaking? Is a shed ok, so long as it does not freeze? Is there a minimum?

I may be wrong on this but I take it to mean less than 15C. So shed, garage or cellar would be ideal.

You can put it in the fridge - so fridge temps

Ok thanks. I just tried a bottle. It's 3 weeks old from starting and although it needs to round off, it's beautiful! How can kits be this good?!
