Hi all.
Got a little carried away when purchacing kits from lhbs at the wkend.
couldnt deal with the ear ache from mrs so i hid a few in the boot of the car. Its only just occured to me that the last couple of nights have been below freezing.
Is it likely to have damaged my kits? Or fermentables? Yeast in perticular.
Two of the kits came with ale yeast and one with a lager yeast.
cheers
chris

Not that I can answer your question, but I found a forgotten St Peter's kit in the garage - 3 years out of date; must have been through countless freeze/thaw cycles.
Anyway, pulled the gear out and brewed up; made sure the yeast from the kit was working before pitching in - all worked out fine! Nearly finished drinking it.
