Hi all, been a while since ive brewed anything due to warm weather, ready to crack on now though! Been through the cupboard and have found the following:
Festival Endeavors kit
Brewmaker Victorian bitter can
Coopers selection pilsener can x 2
Simply ginger beer malt bag
All above are 40pint kits
12L apple juice
12L mango juice
6 x 500g extra light spray malt
1 x 500g medium spray malt
Safale us-05 yeast
Saflager w-34/70 yeast
Youngs champagne yeast
Raspberry syrup
Dry eldeflower
Yeast nutrient
Citric acid
So im thinking a apple and mango cider with the champagne yeast to start off and then the festival kit. But i was thinking is there anything i could do to improve the pils kit? Or mix one pils kit with the ginger beer for a bit more oomph?
Any ideas would be appreciated. Yes i should just do them as they come but i like to experiment a bit! Want to do a nice lager again at some point.
