Hi again,

I've been using safale 04 yeast in all grain brews. The beer tastes great but when I open
A bottle and pour into a pint glass I end up with lumps of sediment at the bottom of the glass. Am I doing something wrong or does this just happen ?

Thanks again

SO4 should pack down tight. Only thought is that the bottles are over primed meaning the CO2 rush when opening disturbs the sediment, Try cooling before opening and see if this makes a difference

Thanks, I used 100g mixed into 25 litres of beer. Will try a bit less next time

That's not excessive. It might be that you bottled before the beer reached its final gravity. Possibly...
