Hi

just about to start a Coopers Canadian Blonde and I have invested in some lager yeast (Mangrove Jacks M84 Bohemian Lager).
The sachet is 10 grams but the original is 7 grams so should I only use 7 grams worth?

Thanks

For 23 litres of 1050 lager you want 11 grams. I used an online yeast pitching calculator to work this out. These kits that have 6 or 7g packets are skimping. The 10g pack will be fine.

Cheers Mark.
I pitched the 10g I had on Saturday, didnt have any nutrient and only heard of it recently. What benefit will that bring?

thanks
