a couple of my dj the bubblers have equalized am i to assume there ready then ?

another using the polish syrup is only bubbling once every 60 seconds im assuming thats about done ?

one is the fiery ginger wine

2 others are fruit tea wines

and the polish syrup is only one bubble per min and that seems to be clearing aswell

the polish syrup is about 1010 at the mo so needs a bit longer maybe ?

im thinking decant it into a clean dj which should help it clear or is that a bad idea

edit just checked its 13.3% as it started at 1110

scratch that abv got wrong calculations lol

sg 1070 its now 1010

have put it in a clean dj and will check it over the next couple of days

If you have made a note check them again on Saturday, if they haven't changed fermentation has finished.

I always rack to another DJ for clearing, i use quick clear finings as i am too impatient to let it clear naturally.

lmao im too tight to pay for finings

I will edit my above post to make it more accurate -

I use quick clear finings because Mrs Tea has hollow legs and we don't have much storage space for DJ's full of wine naturally clearing..
