Five days ago I put on a John Bull India Pale Ale kit. I used 1kg Youngs brew enhancer, 500g Muntons medium spray malt, the kit yeast and brewed short to 21.5lit with Tesco value spring water. The OG was 1050 and the yeast pitched at 25c. The wort has been a constant 22 since but, apart from some condensation on the underside of the lid, there isn't much happening, not one bubble. Any suggestions please? Thanks.
