So I plan on doing a smoked oatmeal stout in the near future and want to use peat smoked malt for that genuine scottish stout taste. What I can't decide is how much to use as i haven't brewed with it before. I was thinking on 10% of the grain bill.

Anyone have any thoughts on that?
