Thinking of trying Gelatine as a finning before bottling. I have Gelatine leaves and powder at home. Hoping to use the powder since it's out of date and needs using up.
Is this a good idea ? What quantity of powder / leaves should I use ? and how should I mix it ?
I used Shellfish based finnings in my last brew which has been cold conditioning for a week. It's clearing nicely....
