Bottled my first attempt at a Lambtons clone yesterday, recipe below for a 4.5 litre batch. Tasted really, really nice. I just happen to have a set of scales that can measure down to .01 gram so I can do the tiny weights of gypsum etc. For those without such specialist equipment, from memory it was roughly a teaspoon full. I'll take proper note next time.

Lambton Clone (Version 1) (English IPA)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.039 (°P): 9.8
Final Gravity (FG): 1.010 (°P): 2.6
Alcohol (ABV): 3.83 %
Colour (SRM): 5.0 (EBC): 9.9
Bitterness (IBU): 24.6 (Average)

6 litres Morrison's Shepley Spring Water

100% Maris Otter Malt

5 g Goldings (4.6% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
10g Fuggles (4% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)

1.29 Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) @ 60 Minutes (Mash)
1.98 Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
.1g Salt @ 60 Minutes (Boil)

Single step Infusion at 66°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 20°C with Mangrove Jacks - M07 British Ale
