Used this on a couple of juice wines recently and noticed a definite quality improvement and a bit of a kick in the end product. I tend to estimate ABV at times rather than measure so i am guessing i under estimate when using this stuff.
There isn't much info on the can. Anyone know how much sugar is in Youngs definitive red wine enricher 245g can ?
