Looking to start my first wine tomorrow, going to do a rose, have been looking at concentrates would I be right in thinking there are only red and white, if so do I just use a white with the rose

If you are making rose get a litre of red grape juice and a litre of apple juice, unlike white grape juice there doesn't seem to be a shortage of red grape juice.

You'll get a better result with 3 litres of juice
Most of the recipes in this thread i linked to above use 2 litres of juice to a DJ (if the juices are 100%) i would suggest 2 litres to start with then try it, if its too watery tasting you can add juice then next time use 3 litres instead of 2. :thumb:
