Hello there...

I have noticed what looks like suspended matter in my recently bottled turbo cider (one week).
As you pick the bottle up, it begins to fall in the bottle. Is this normal for secondary fermentation? I may be worrying over nothing.....but it just looks so odd.

The cider itself is clearing nicely and will be left for the magic three months in the garage following it's second week of conditioning in the back bedroom.

Any thoughts fellow brewers?

I've not had one so far that's had stuff floating or suspended in the cider, I usually check them every few days when conditioning and they always clear from the top down pretty quickly.

so are you bottles clearing but with bits floating around ? I might be inclined to turn one upside down to mix up a little, then see if it re-clears OK.

Otherwise I would expect them to clear completely, maybe just have to wait a little longer

good luck !
