Recipe opinions please

Great hop combo and the malts are good. Personally I'd mix the hops up more. Certainly use Simcoe more later in Fthe boil. But it would be great just as it is, I'm sure.

great recipe love the hop combo,I would go the other way though increase the simcoe at the start if I was doing it.

Amarillo and Galaxy would also be a nice combo in this too

Simcoe and Amarillo together late in the boil is really really good!

havent yet got into the APA style but this is one I would go with when I do and prob go with the Simoc Amarrillo combo Clibit suggested as it sounds a belter.

Amarillo is great on its own too, of course! Was just expressing a love for the two together.

I have dry hopped a few beers now with Amarillo with great results, the only bad thing was I ran out of my Amarillo stash :lol:

recipe looks good to me I love loads of hops, I recently used:

15 g amarillo & 15g galaxy 15 mins boil (in muslin bag)
45 g amarillo & 45g galaxy (in muslin bag) at flameout then stir for 10 minutes 5 minute hop rest

then poured wort,boiled and flameout hops into fv and
topped up to 21 litres.

removed hop bags after 5 days
wait 4 days then dry hop
40 g amarillo & 40g galaxy for 5 days.

Yum.
