Cheap apple juice at Tesco

So, I just bought 22 litres of Tesco Everyday Value apple juice.

Didn't really look at the shelf price, but when I got to the self checkout they rang through at 16p each!

Not sure if it's an error or they're on sale, but Tesco.com has them at 65p each!

Bargain for anyone making cider!

Someone else had posted that tesco had a batch with defective openers that they were selling off at 17p so they'd bought 50 litres

they had this deal on last year @ 16p per litre. if its the same stuff its the value gear and ferments out no problem and makes a drinkable turbo cider.
may be even better with a few tweaks by adding a different juice?

Try a grapefruit t/c, 8ltr aj 2ltr grapefruit 100%. its amazing:drink:

Yahoo! I can vouch for this stuff, in fact i made up some TC yesterday with the same juice that was 6 months past its best.

Our tesco has sold out :evil:

They do have Del Monte at half price -70p a litre.
