Anyone used these?

Bought 100g to use in a pale ale as I liked the description and thought it would make a change from the usual US hops.

It's one I haven't tried. Be interested to hear what you make of it. Lemony apparently.

Will do. I am thinking something really light and crisp - maybe pilsner or lager malt, extra light spray malt and carapils, what do you think?

This recipe looks really good. I think I'd reduce the wheat and increase the pale malt myself, just my preference, I'm not a huge wheat beer drinker. Maybe 30-40% wheat.

There's also a Simcoe Sorachi Ace IPA on that website, which has some good recipes and very well written instructions.

And Brooklyn do a Sorachi Ace saison, I can post a recipe if you fancy that.

Good call on the wheat beer! Will go well with a lemony hop, plus I keep thinking about doing one anyway. Cheers!
