Morning All, Brew day today. I'm taking down 23L of Youngs Harvest lime lager and I'll be putting on 23L of Coopers English Bitter. I'm tweaking the Coopers English with, Wilko Gervin Yeast, 25g of East Kent Golding pellets on a 20min boil and added to the FV and 300g of honey to bump up the ABV. This is my second Coopers English Bitter the last one was very drinkable very early so I'll try my first bottle of this in month. I'm also bottling 16L of TC, I'm thinking of priming 1L bottles with 2tsp of sugar and three canderel tabs per, I like it well carbonated and sweet. Tomorrow I'll put on another 16L of TC and 10L of red grape WOW, busy weekend.

I wouldn't boil the hips for 20 mins I don't think, 10 mins better I reckon. You don't want to add much bitterness to the kit.
