Hi, I'm a light beer drinker.. lager, wheat or a light bitter kind of guy. I think the reason for this was I got absolutely plastered on a homebrewed porter in the 18's and it knocked me sick big time!
The wife's best friends partner is a head brewer for a Microbrewery/pub outlet and I've just tried one of their stout beers. 8.9% bottle conditioned coffee stout and it is really nice! I'm impressed very much :
So, I think I'm a convert to stout and I'll have to look into brewing one of these in the near future :)
