3 KG wheat extract.
1190ml polish raspberry syrup (84g sugars per 100ml)

Depends how long I can commandeer the kitchen for

Sort of finished for today, just need to relocate remaining bottles capped today stir yeast gently , airlock on and re-bottle star san.

I think a bottling session and then a new brew in the same day is a bit too much. Not doing that again. Started around 8.am preparing etc finished 5.45.

So 25/05/2015.

Checked my orang-no-tang, Whoa!

trial sample - mellow bitterness - tasty orange grapefruit with a little juniper, works really well with Citra. My favourite trial sample to date.

Thought i'd get a reasonable raspberry hit using the polish syrup, but it doesn't seem so. I realise I'm not going to get the level of raspberry or cherry in my beers that I want by going down the syrup route.:-?

I will have enough wheat beers to see us through the summer, just not really fruity ones
