Hi, I've only just got my brew kit, and for my first brew I want to make something out of nettles.
I 've watched a few videos on nettle wine and beer, and both look unappealing tbh.
But a sparkling nettle wine, or a nettle cider is inspiring. I can't find any recipies though.
If I was to use cider yeast and bottle it during fermentation (like elder flower champagne) would this work?
