Just saying hi!

Been brewing for 6 months or so now (used to help my Dad do his when I was a nipper!). Kits only at the moment, currently have 110 bottles of ale, 80 bottles of lager and 50 odd bottles of wine 'maturing'. I also had a disaster last month and lost 30 bottles of white (don't ask!).

Just joined to ask a question regarding my Beaverdale I have bottled, it's on a separate thread.

My ales are amazing (!), my friends love my lager (it's not my thing really but it does taste good...for a lager!)...but my wines are not too great for some reason.

Anyway...that's me. Thanks.

Welcome and happy brewing this forum is like an encyclopedia for brewing top notch the wow thread is great and I agree the rose is amazing I use morrisons grape, apple and raspberry its a 100% juice 50% is grape, its so cheap at £1.20 for 2 litres I actually prefer it to the shop bought rose, no need to condition for months on end either :drink:
