My take on a Black IPA

Brewed this on Sunday and its smell good.

Batch size: 4 litres
OG: 1.060
FG: 1.018
ABV: 6.12%
Colour (SRM): 62.3
IBU: 76.5 (Think this might be off a bit. That is from brewmate but on brewers friend it was 107 :hmm: )

Mash at 66°C for 60 Minutes:
1kg Maris Otter
200g Munich
150g Carafa 3
50g Black malt in sparge only.

60 minute boil:
5g Galaxy @ 20
5g Galaxy, 5g Amarillo, 5g Nelson @ 10
6g Galaxy, 6g Amarillo, 6g Nelson @ 5
6g Galaxy, 6g Amarillo, 6g Nelson @ Flame out.

Ferment @ 18-20 with S-04

Dry hop after 10 days with 4g Galaxy, 4g Amarillo, 4g Nelson
 
Very nice looking recipe, simple and balanced grain bill, top hops. I'd use US05 rather than 04, but that's me.
