Youngs American IPA was prepared last night, checked it after work tonight and it's fermenting away :)
Thought best to start with a kit I didn't have to modify in any way.
Now comes the hard part in waiting a couple of weeks! I feel like I should buy an extra couple of fermenters and brew some more :)
Officially addicted already.....
