Hi All. I thought I'd give the Bulldog Yule Brew (cinnamon and ginger ale) a go. I notice that as well as the wort and some hop 'tea bags' it actually comes with two packets of yeast. They are both a standard size, so I wondered whether it was just a spare or thrown in the box by mistake, or if I should throw both sachets in the brew? What do you think? The instructions do not mention two packs of yeast.

I'd throw them both in, especially if they are 5 or 6 gram packs.

The yule brew is 5.6% 23L so guesstimating OG/FG at 1.0053/1.0010 and using mr malty yeast calculator you require 12g of yeast so as clibit says if there 5g/6g packs your going to need both of them

I emailed them in the end and they said that it was a packing error and that only one pack is required. Thanks for your help though guys.

How did this brew go? I'm thinking about getting one of these.
