Hello everyone,

Today I put on a blueberry WOW.
1 litre RJG
2 litre blueberry juice
750 grams of sugar
1 strong tea (3 bags)
Topped up to 4.5 litres with water

Hope it goes well.

It wasn't massively high but got it from asda. The bottles that are 3 for 3 pound. I haven't made it before but I like to experiment. The OG was 1092 in the end

Just an update, the blueberry wine is going like a rocket! First time a wines had a blow out. Thank god I just my own home made airlocks that are massive

I just had the same happen with a WineBuddy Sav Blanc, luckily i had my home made blow off tube attached.

I keep saying I'm going to get a bunch of tubing and just run them all into a jar and forgo airlocks altogether

No, the first wow I made got down to 990 and was very dry, the kits I make tell you to finish fermentation at 996 or below.

Good to know, it will need some back sweetening to be really enjoyable as its very tart atm
