Hi. After leaving my first ever brew, Norfolk Nog, in the bucket for 12 days it was time to transfer it to the keg. Wow! That was fun, watching it fill up when I am more used to emptying vessels that contain ale. I wasn't sure about sugar or co2 to carbonate but decided on 85g of brewer's sugar.
I now intend getting another keg to get a porter on the go. I will then get another Norfolk Nog going and perhaps experiment with different yeasts.
Whatever i end up doing I am looking forward to enjoying a future full of lovely homebrew.
